About the event

Planting Resolutions Event (please read)

Survivors Awareness invites you to our Planting Resolutions Event. This inspiring gathering combines the renewal of the New Year with the growth and beauty of nature. *Our events are intended to help the sexual violence survivor community. However, we welcome the general public to join us in these meaningful experiences.**

Event Highlights:

-  Plant Pot Decorating Workshop: Kick off the New Year by expressing your hopes and resolutions on plant pots. You'll have the opportunity to decorate pots with your personal goals and dreams, turning them into beautiful reminders of your aspirations.

- Seed Planting Activity: Plant your resolutions in a literal sense! We'll provide biodegradable paper embedded with seeds that you can plant in your decorated pots. Watch your resolutions grow throughout the year as your plants flourish, symbolizing your journey and progress.

You Should Attend If:

- You enjoy intimate gatherings of no more than 15 people.

- You love nature and gardening: This event is perfect for anyone who wants to learn more about gardening/planting.

- You're looking for new community connections: Meet new friends and connect with fellow survivors and supporters in a warm, welcoming environment.

- You want to test out creative therapy techniques you can do on your own! Engaging in planting and decorating activities can be a soothing and therapeutic experience, promoting mental well-being.

Bring your friends and family for an afternoon of creativity, growth, and New Year’s inspiration. We look forward to seeing you there!
